Roma Accordion

The Accordion (French: accordéon German: akkordeon or handharmonika, Italian armonica a manticino) may look like a keyboard family instrument, but because of the way it makes sound it is technically a woodwind instrument.
There is a debate among scholars about the origins of the accordion. Many attribute the instrument to German inventor C. Friedrich L. Buschmann who invented a similar instrument in the 1800s. (Encyclopedia Britannica, “accordion,” n.d.)
